We had a bit of a different service this past Sunday. There was no “sermon”. Unheard of, I know.
Instead we spent the morning diving into worship. Worship through music, through prayer, through communion, through offering, through Scripture, through shouts of praise, through fellowship.
There was nothing “new” about the service but at the same time, at least for myself, it was a new experience. There was a freshness to it. A freedom. A focus on worshipping the King of kings and Lord of lords.
This week, I encourage you and challenge you to find freshness in your worship to God, in whatever that looks like for you. Worship God in spirit and in truth. And loving Him with your heart, soul, mind and strength. And loving others as yourself.
If you weren’t around on Sunday or you did not get a chance to share a shout of praise or a Scripture that God has laid on your heart, please comment below and share it with everyone!
